San Pedro Garza García

Valle / Santa Engracia
A well-positioned mid-range hotel corridor between San Pedro and the city center, with good restaurant density and practical access to both the stadium and Monterrey’s entertainment zones.
Monterrey Centro / Barrio Antiguo
The city’s historic core — Barrio Antiguo has Monterrey’s best concentration of bars, live music, and restaurants, with Macroplaza and heritage sites nearby. ~25–30 min from the stadium.
Guadalupe
The municipality containing the stadium — practical for groups who want maximum proximity. Growing hotel and restaurant options in the La Pastora area, a short rideshare or walking distance for some properties.

The first row is just 9 meters from the pitch, and the steel structure frames a direct view of Cerro de la Silla from the south end. It combines the best sightlines of a purpose-built football stadium with world-class hospitality infrastructure that most other venues in this region can’t match.
FIFA’s standard policy removes commercial naming rights for the duration of every World Cup. Estadio BBVA — named after the Spanish bank — temporarily becomes “Estadio Monterrey” for all tournament purposes. The same rule applies across the tournament: AT&T Stadium takes a geographic name, Estadio Akron becomes Estadio Guadalajara. The venue itself is completely unchanged.
Rideshare (Uber or DiDi) is the most practical for most guests — roughly 25–35 minutes from central Monterrey under normal conditions. Metro Line 1 plus matchday feeder buses or shuttles is the most reliable when traffic is heavy. For World Cup fixtures, private transport arranged through us is the most comfortable and predictable option, particularly for the post-match return with no surge-pricing uncertainty.
Lower central sideline sections are the best all-round positions — a full-pitch view, closest to the action, preferred by regular matchgoers. Upper midfield gives the best tactical overview. Corner seats offer strong diagonal views at better prices. Given the steep rake and 9-meter front-row distance, the gap between tiers here is smaller than at many other venues — even corner and endzone seats deliver a strong experience.

Monterrey is Mexico’s most modern and economically dynamic city, with a great food scene, Barrio Antiguo’s bars and galleries, Parque Fundidora on a former steel foundry site, and Cerro de la Silla as the dramatic backdrop. It’s not as culturally dense as Mexico City or Guadalajara, but it’s worth two days — particularly for the food and the mountain scenery.
