Our Austin roots give us a unique advantage for events like World Cup 2026 in Dallas and Houston, F1 at the Circuit of the Americas, and Austin City Limits Festival. For international events, we collaborate with a trusted network of partners to ensure a smooth experience wherever you go.

Adam created Xenia Events to bring a personal touch to event travel. He manages client relationships, leads our partner network, and is on the ground for major events. For World Cup 2026, F1 at COTA, and ACL Fest, you’ll work directly with someone who knows the venues, the logistics, and the city.
