1Acceptance of Terms

These Purchase Terms apply to all tickets, wristbands, parking passes, travel packages and other event-related items and services purchased from Xenia Events. By completing checkout, ticking the acceptance box, or otherwise submitting an order, you agree to these terms and enter a binding agreement with Xenia Events.

You should review your entire order, and these terms, before submitting payment. If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete an order.

2Independent Reseller Status

Any event, venue, team, organization or performer name is used only for factual identification of the item being sold and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

Items are offered on the secondary market unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on current market conditions and may be higher or lower than the original face value.

3Orders, Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed are per item unless specifically stated otherwise. You are responsible for confirming the correct event, date and session; access type, including seating location, ticket type, wristband type, parking pass type or package tier; quantity; included and excluded components for travel packages and bundled items; and your shipping and contact information.

Order confirmation vs. acceptance

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee fulfillment until payment has been approved and inventory has been confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable, or was listed with a material pricing or description error, Xenia Events may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Authorize.net. By submitting an order you authorize Xenia Events and its payment processor to authorize and capture the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and fees. Card details are handled by the gateway provider and are not stored on our servers.

4All Sales Are Final

This includes, without limitation, situations involving:

• A change in your plans, or failure to attend the event
• Travel delays or cancellations
• Illness or personal circumstances
• Changes to the performer, roster, lineup or schedule
• Weather conditions
• Dissatisfaction with the event
• A decrease in the market price after purchase
• Accidental purchase of the wrong event, date, session, location, type, tier or quantity

5Delivery of Tickets and Passes

Tickets, passes and credentials are typically delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout, or by another method stated on the product page, at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Because tickets and passes are sometimes released or transferred close to the event, delivery timing varies by event and may occur close to the event date. Items are delivered ahead of the applicable event, but not necessarily immediately after purchase. Delivery is not considered late unless the delivery deadline stated in your order confirmation has passed.

You are responsible for providing a valid, correct email address and for remaining reasonably available for delivery communications. Contact Xenia Events immediately if you have not received your item by the stated delivery deadline.

6Shipping of Physical Wristbands

Physical wristbands and other shipped items are sent to the address provided at checkout. Because these items are often released close to the event, they typically ship in the one to two weeks before the applicable event rather than immediately after purchase.

You are responsible for providing a correct, complete shipping address and for being reasonably available to receive delivery. Xenia Events is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to respond to delivery instructions, carrier delays outside our reasonable control, refusal to accept delivery, building or mailroom procedures, or events of force majeure.

Contact Xenia Events immediately if your item has not arrived by the stated delivery deadline. After an item has been delivered to the address provided, you are responsible for safeguarding it, and replacement items are not guaranteed.

7Travel Packages

Some items are travel packages or bundles that combine event admission with third-party services such as transportation, lodging, hospitality or experiences. A coordinator will contact you regarding the details of your package, including pickup location and timing, which may be disclosed closer to the event.

You and each attendee are responsible for arriving on time for any scheduled pickup and for following all attendance and conduct requirements. A missed pickup, or a change to the itinerary made by a supplier, does not entitle you to a refund of the package or any component.

Where a component is provided by a third-party supplier, that component is subject to the supplier’s own terms and cancellation policies, which may be more restrictive than these terms. Cancellation or refund of one component does not entitle you to cancellation or refund of any other component. Unless a component is specifically included in the written product description, Xenia Events is not responsible for hotel, airfare, ground transportation, meals, parking or other expenses.

8Cancelled, Postponed or Rescheduled Events

Event dates, times, performers, rosters, schedules, entrances, amenities and operating procedures are controlled by the event organizer or venue and may change without notice. A change in lineup, roster, schedule, opening time, event format, weather conditions or venue access does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

If the entire applicable event or session is permanently canceled and not rescheduled, Xenia Events will provide the refund or credit required by applicable law. For a partial cancellation, shortened event, or interruption after admission has begun, any refund will be limited to the amount, if any, authorized by the event organizer and received by Xenia Events or its supplier.

9Denial of Admission and Invalid Items

Xenia Events guarantees that the item delivered will correspond to the access type, event and date stated in your accepted order and will be valid for entry when properly used.

If an attendee is denied admission solely because a properly used item supplied by Xenia Events is invalid, you must contact Xenia Events immediately while still at the event entrance, give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and provide replacement access, obtain written or electronic documentation from event personnel describing the reason admission was denied, and preserve the original item and provide it to us on request.

When Xenia Events confirms that admission was denied because the supplied item was invalid, we may provide replacement access or refund the amount paid for the affected item. This guarantee does not apply when admission is denied because of loss, theft, damage or tampering; improper activation or registration; prior or duplicate use; transfer after activation or use; failure to follow entry procedures; prohibited items or attendee conduct; intoxication or removal by security; age, identification or accessibility requirements; late arrival after gates have closed; or any other problem unrelated to the validity of the item. Any refund under this section is limited to the amount paid to Xenia Events for the affected item.

10Buyer Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to use the payment method submitted. You agree to provide accurate order, billing and delivery information, and not to submit fraudulent orders or chargebacks.

You and each attendee are responsible for following all official event, ticketing and entry policies. Tickets, wristbands, passes and credentials must not be cut, stretched, altered, duplicated, resealed, screenshotted for resale or otherwise tampered with. Multi-day wristbands should remain properly attached for the applicable event period. Each item may only be used by one attendee or vehicle as applicable and cannot be used for simultaneous or duplicate entry.

Xenia Events may request additional identity, billing-address or cardholder verification. Orders may be delayed or canceled when payment cannot be verified or when an order presents a reasonable risk of fraud, unauthorized use or resale abuse.

11Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree to contact Xenia Events promptly regarding any order or delivery concern so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve it before you initiate a payment dispute.

Submitting a payment dispute does not expand your refund rights beyond these terms, applicable law or the rules of the payment-card network. Xenia Events may provide the payment processor or financial institution with the order details, acceptance records, communications, identity-verification results, tracking information and delivery documentation relevant to the transaction.

12Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, Xenia Events will not be liable for incidental, indirect, consequential or special damages arising from an event change, delivery issue, admission issue, third-party supplier failure or your inability to attend.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xenia Events’ maximum liability concerning an affected item will not exceed the amount you paid directly to Xenia Events for that item. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising from an order shall be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Travis County, Texas, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

If any portion of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure by Xenia Events to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.

14Changes to These Terms

Xenia Events may update these Purchase Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order governs that order. Continued purchases after an update constitute acceptance of the revised terms. The current version is always posted on this page with its last-updated date.
