Common Questions
Should I choose Weekend One or Weekend Two?
The lineup is largely the same both weekends with a few exclusives on each. Weekend Two typically has slightly better hotel availability and slightly smaller crowds; Weekend One has more buzz and energy as the opener. We can walk you through the trade-offs based on your group and dates.
How quickly will you reply?
Most inquiries get a reply within a few hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM CT). Inquiries outside of business hours get a response by the next morning. Quotes for full packages typically arrive within one business day.
Do you handle just wristbands, or full packages?
Both. Wristband-only requests are common and we handle them the same way — verified inventory, shipped before the festival. Full packages add hotel, transport, and concierge support.
When do wristbands ship?
Wristbands typically ship 1–2 weeks before each weekend once inventory is ready for fulfillment. Local pickup may be available for Austin clients by appointment.
How early should I book hotels?
Now. Properties near Zilker Park and downtown Austin book out 6–9 months ahead, and the best inventory across all neighborhoods tightens through the summer.
Can I buy multiple wristbands or book a group?
Yes. Group orders for wristbands, hotels, and transportation are routine — parties of 4 to 40+. One Xenia contact handles the entire group from inquiry through arrival.
Is Xenia Events affiliated with ACL?
No. Xenia Events is an independent ticket and hospitality provider.
