Common Questions
Can I book before I know which teams are playing?
Yes, and most clients do. Hotel, transportation and the structure of the package can be set now. The matchup is not decided until the conference championship games on January 31, 2027, which leaves about two weeks before kickoff. Seating can be confirmed early or held until the teams are known, depending on how you want to handle the pricing risk.
Are you an official NFL or Super Bowl provider?
No. Xenia Events is an independent ticket and travel company. The NFL designates its own official hospitality provider, and we are not affiliated with the league, SoFi Stadium or the host committee. We work through established broker, hotel and ground transportation partners.
When do Super Bowl tickets arrive?
Later than most events. Super Bowl seats are typically delivered by mobile transfer close to game day rather than weeks ahead, and that timing is set above us. We confirm the delivery method and expected window with your order and stay reachable until the tickets are in your account.
Will our group’s seats be together?
Seats are together unless noted otherwise. For larger groups, Super Bowl inventory sometimes comes as nearby blocks or pairs rather than one continuous row. We confirm the exact arrangement before you purchase.
What about parking and getting to the stadium?
Stadium parking is limited and sold separately from tickets, and rideshare pricing around Inglewood on game day is unpredictable. For groups we run private vehicles with set pickup times and a designated drop point, confirmed in advance.
How many nights should we plan for?
Hotels across Los Angeles generally set minimum stays over Super Bowl weekend. Presidents Day falls on Monday, February 15, 2027, so many groups fly home that day rather than fighting Sunday night departures.
